About me
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, whatever brings you here, you are very welcome. As you seek the right connection with a counsellor I understand that this process can feel hard and I hope some of what you read here may be of help in your search.
My Approach
I take a person-centred approach to my work, believing that a person is best understood by seeking to understand the world as they see and experience it. I place the quality of the counselling relationship at the heart of the process, recognising that just as we can be hurt in relationship, we can also heal through it. I offer a confidential and compassionate space where I am genuine, non-judgemental, and will listen with the intention to truly understand you.
What You Might Be Facing
You may be feeling overwhelmed by persistent anxiety, or a low mood that just won’t lift. Perhaps you’re navigating the pain of bereavement or struggling to adjust to a major life change. I can help you explore your feelings in a safe space and support you in finding ways to cope and move forward at your own pace.
Maybe your past includes difficult or adverse childhood experiences that still affect you today. Together, we can gently explore those experiences, understand how they’ve shaped your life, and work towards building a future that feels more grounded, empowered, and free from old patterns.
Perhaps you identify as neurodivergent, or you're exploring whether that might be part of your experience. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD, and will meet you with sincerity and curiosity, valuing the way you see and experience the world and supporting you in making sense of it on your own terms.
You're Not Alone
Whatever brings you here, I offer a warm, compassionate space where we can work together to understand what’s going on for you and find ways to move forward. You don’t have to do this on your own, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
