About me
My practice is grounded in a humanistic approach while incorporating elements of existential, psychodynamic, and relational therapies. I also integrate mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavior techniques where beneficial to clients.
Alongside my private practice, I hold a part-time position working with the NHS psychological well-being service for staff. This role enriches my experience through working within a multidisciplinary team.
I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development through reading, workshops, and training. I am also currently working towards an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy.

Training, qualifications & experience
People seek counselling for various reasons, and taking the first step to help yourself can seem daunting, realising you are ready to make a move towards talking to a therapist about your difficulties can be a significant moment.
I am interested in listening to you and what is happening in your life and I welcome you to contact me for a no-obligation free 20-minute session in which we can discuss your experiences and how we could work together.
I know first-hand how therapy can be transformative and how it can be beneficial for individuals facing a wide range of challenges such as depression and anxiety, low self-esteem and loss of identity, addiction and the complexities of difficult personal relationships.
Our sessions can be a valuable resource for anyone looking to explore these issues and others and potentially improve their overall well-being, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviours, and develop skills to navigate life's challenges.
I have six years of experience working within the NHS, private, and charity sectors, supporting individuals facing a range of challenges. I genuinely care about who you are and what you're going through.
As a trained Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on insights and techniques from various psychological approaches, tailoring my support to your unique needs and circumstances.
Clients often describe me as calming, easy to talk to, thoughtful, genuine, and kind. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
Qualifications: PGCert (Distinction) Advanced Counselling Skills. PGDip (Distinction) Integrative Psychotherapy.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
