About me
Welcome. I’m Jade, a warm, down-to-earth therapist offering a safe space to begin (or deepen) your journey home to your authentic self. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you truly are, together we can explore what’s shaped you, what no longer feels true, and what’s been difficult to carry, and support you in moving forward with more clarity, self-trust, and ease.
Clients often come to me after life experiences that have left them questioning their identity, worth, or direction. I specialise in working with survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, and religious or spiritual trauma, including those rebuilding their sense of self after high-control relationships, harmful faith communities or long-term emotional manipulation. Alongside this, I regularly support clients navigating more familiar challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, low self-esteem, and perfectionism, as well as the everyday overwhelm that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.
I work gently and collaboratively. Sessions are calm, relational and held at your pace, whether you need space to unpack something painful, untangle identity struggles or simply exhale and be met with compassion. My approach is integrative, drawing from Person-centred therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT coaching), and trauma-informed practice, always rooted in deep respect for your lived experience.
I also integrate the Enneagram into my work with clients who are curious about deeper layers of self-understanding, using it as a compassionate tool to explore core motivations, ego patterns, and what your true self may be longing for. My training in multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) helps clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, including the head (cognitive perception and meaning-making), heart (emotion, values, and relational connection), and gut (core identity, self-preservation, and courage to act).
I hold a particular space for healthcare professionals, paramedics, and frontline workers. Having worked in Integrated Urgent Care for five years, I understand the impact of vicarious trauma, emotional fatigue, and the pressure of being the one others rely on. Whether you're holding the pain of others, or feeling disconnected from your own needs and identity, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through without support.
What I can help with:
- Domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, and high-control relationships
- Recovery from the trauma of coercive, cultic, or spiritual abuse
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Depression and low mood
- Grief and loss
- Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and low self-esteem

If something here resonates, you're welcome to get in touch for a free 20-minute consultation. I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
