About me

Do you ever feel like you're struggling to keep up while everyone else seems to have it all together? Whether it's stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem holding you back, you don’t have to face it alone. You might feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck right now, and that’s okay. In our sessions, you’ll have a space to explore your thoughts and feelings without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll help you understand yourself better, make sense of what’s happening, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Jade, a BACP-registered therapist. My approach to therapy is laid-back, collaborative, and tailored to you, so no stiff formalities and no one-size-fits-all methods. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine connection and provide a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without pressure or judgment.

Whatever you're dealing with, be it anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you. We’ll work together to find clarity at your pace.

I offer online therapy, making it easy to fit into your life.

Why Work With Me?

  • Tailored to You – No rigid methods, just a therapy style that suits you.
  • Warm, Relaxed, & Supportive – Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical. I keep things natural, engaging, and effective.
  • Flexible & Accessible – Online therapy allows you to access support wherever you feel comfortable (as long as you are in a confidential space).

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BACP-registered therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, which I completed in 2018. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), reflecting my commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

In addition to my counselling qualifications, I am Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) certified, equipping me with specialist skills to support individuals in crisis.

My experience includes working in charities, further and higher education, and supporting individuals with health conditions, giving me a deep understanding of the many challenges that people face.

My approach is person-centred and affirming, meaning I tailor sessions to your needs, whether you’re looking for structured support or just a safe space to talk.

As someone who is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent, I know how important it is to feel truly seen and understood, and I ensure my practice is inclusive, accessible, and welcoming.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
