Integrative Psychotherapist, MSc, Dip. UKCP registered

About me

Welcome to my profile. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience. Therapy with me offers a space to talk openly about what you’re going through. To recognize that the challenges, questions, and uncertainties you’re facing are a natural part of life. Exploring them together with curiosity and care, while also developing strategies and tools to support you, can lead to greater insight and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.

I help people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes, grief, and trauma. I also work with issues around sexuality and identity, including LGBTQ+ experiences, and support people facing complex health challenges or fertility difficulties.

My approach is  integrative, meaning I can draw on different therapeutic perspectives  to shape our work around what feels most helpful for you. I focus on creating a connection that is responsive to your needs, where you feel  understood, and supported throughout the process.

I work with you to help make sense of your experiences and the patterns that may have developed over time and shaped how you feel about yourself, others, and the world. This can include exploring emotions, relationships, and ways of coping.  Together, we create space for reflection and understanding, allowing new possibilities to emerge.

I can use aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), to help you identify patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to anxiety, or low mood, alongside exploring practical strategies that could help. My work is also  influenced by an existential humanistic approach, which can help you to explore what brings meaning to your life and supporting you to live in a way that feels more authentic to you.

You can find out more about my approach, background, and client testimonials on my website. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call or alternatively you can book a first session to talk and see whether working together feels right for you.
