Jackie Adams PGDip MBACP (Accred)
I will help and support you in difficult moments, offering a warm, welcoming and safe space where we can explore what is causing you distress. I offer a respectful, non-judgmental relationship where I hope you will feel heard, understood and accepted. As our counselling work progresses, I will support you to find more clarity and strength in yourself and a way forward that is right for you.
Clients have come to see me about a wide variety of issues including loss of a loved one, redundancy, addiction and relationship breakdown, events which bring dramatic change to our lives often leaving us feeling lost, bereft, stressed, anxious or depressed.
Please get in touch to discuss what type of support would be best for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
