Jackie Adams PGDip MBACP (Accred)
I work with individuals and couples, offering a warm, welcoming and safe space where we can explore what is causing you distress.
I will support you in difficult moments, offering a respectful, non-judgmental relationship where I hope you will feel heard, understood and accepted. As our counselling work progresses, I will support you to find more clarity and strength in yourself and a way forward that is right for you.
Working with couples, I support the communication between you both as a couple. I believe it is important that you are both equal within the therapeutic relationship and you are listened to and valued. My aim is to support you both to feel safe to explore what is best for you and your relationship.
Clients see me about a wide variety of issues including loss of a loved one, redundancy, addiction and relationship breakdown, events which bring dramatic change to our lives often leaving us feeling lost, bereft, stressed, anxious or depressed.
I’m located in Shenstone, between Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield. I offer appointments on a flexible basis during the week. Early morning, daytime and evening appointments are available. I also offer online counselling (email, instant messaging, Zoom or telephone).
You can call or text me on 07484 342078 or email me by clicking on the above link. I look forward to hearing from you.
