About me
As a qualified counsellor trained in the person-centred approach, I am dedicated to offering a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions without fear of judgment or pressure. My aim is to create a compassionate environment that honours each client’s unique journey, providing a place where they feel genuinely heard, respected, and valued.
In this space, you are free to express yourself at your own pace, knowing that every part of your experience will be met with empathy, understanding, and confidentiality. This atmosphere of safety is crucial for healing and self-discovery, allowing you to delve into your emotions, identify your needs, and work through the challenges you face. By feeling truly safe and supported, clients often find themselves empowered to uncover new insights, develop resilience, and build a deeper connection with their authentic selves.
While I primarily work in a person-centred manner, I also draw upon a variety of therapeutic tools when they can be of benefit. This flexibility allows me to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client, providing a personalised experience that adapts to where you are on your journey. Whether it involves mindfulness strategies, cognitive tools, or creative exercises, my aim is always to support your growth in the most effective way possible.
I hold a special interest in neurodiversity. I am currently deepening my knowledge in this area, especially around Autism and ADHD in women. This understanding allows me to offer a supportive and empathic space for clients with neurodiverse traits, helping them to navigate their experiences with sensitivity and care.
I am bilingual, offering counselling sessions in both English and Russian, allowing me to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients. With a deep cultural understanding of Russian-speaking clients, I provide support that respects and honours their cultural backgrounds and unique life experiences. This cultural competence ensures that Russian-speaking clients feel comfortable and understood, enabling them to more easily open up and engage in the therapeutic process.
I am also experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community, offering an inclusive and affirming space where every individual is welcomed and respected for who they are. My practice is grounded in empathy, non-judgement, and a commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment. This approach supports clients in their journey towards greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and lasting personal growth.
Whether you are seeking to explore complex emotions, navigate life transitions, or simply need a space to be yourself, I am here to walk alongside you, providing the support you need to thrive.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
