About me

I am an accredited counsellor, psychotherapist, and SDS Accredited Clinical Supervisor (CSAccred. AAC), working interactively across a range of therapeutic modalities. My practice is grounded in the Ethical Framework of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), where I hold accredited membership.  I am also a Tutor, teaching level 4 and 5 Counselling & Psychotherapy.

With a background in nursing and over two decades of experience in the corporate sector at senior board level, I bring a unique blend of empathy and strategic insight into my work. My career in high-pressure environments, alongside raising a family and pursuing further study, has deepened my understanding of the personal cost of stress, burnout, and the challenges of maintaining balance.

My therapeutic work focuses on helping individuals explore and understand their experiences, build resilience, and move towards meaningful change. I have supported clients through a wide range of issues, including stress and anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, bullying, abuse, self-defeating behaviours and relationship problems to enable you to live a fulfilled life. I will help empower and enable you to move forward with your life and enjoy a fulfilled life.

In addition to private practice, I have supported individuals through my work with organisations such as MIND, Victim Support, and Barnardo’s.  My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore what matters to you, give me a call or text or email me.
