About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, fears and emotions? Are you neurodivergent? Do you have low self-esteem? Are you struggling with addictions? Have you experienced trauma?

If the answer is yes to any of or a combination of any of the above or if you would just like a safe and confidential place to talk to another human being about what’s going on for you, I’d love to help.

I am a person centred counsellor and addiction therapist & have been working in the field of addiction and mental health for many years. I am also a person who has experienced  addiction, depression & anxiety first hand and I can honestly say that they are not a part of my experience any more. I believe this offers me the tools and the experience to help others more effectively and compassionately.

I have worked with many clients and have seen some incredible transformations for which I feel privileged to be a part of.

I have worked in different rehabs and clinics and I have lots of experience working in the field of addiction.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out for a free telephone consultation if you are interested in working together.

I offer support around sleep issues as I know all too well how this can impact your life. I have lot's experience working with people who have survived physical and sexual abuse and offer a safe and non-judgmental space for people to talk about their childhoods and past events.

I offer block booking discounts & work from two offices, one on Kings Parade in central Cambridge and another at the Science Park in North Cambridge near the A14 and A10 junction. I also offer online sessions for anyone who prefers to work in this way.

I am fascinated by working with the subconscious mind and core beliefs and incorporate that into my work. I have personally studied with Peter Crone a.k.a. The Mind Architect who is a high performance coach in California.
