About me

Hello! With 23 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist across various mental health settings, I’m passionate about helping people navigate their challenges, gain clarity, and move toward the life they want. I specialise in guiding adults to understand what they’re experiencing, identify their goals, and uncover the steps, skills, and strengths that will support their journey.

My approach is warm, authentic, and flexible, tailored to you as a unique person. Sessions are designed with your specific needs in mind, focused on what’s truly meaningful and practical for your life.

I offer both one-off consultations for immediate concerns - whether it's addressing a single issue or exploring why you feel stuck - and longer-term assessment and treatment sessions, where we can dive deeper into challenges and work on developing skills and recognising your strengths.

I bring extensive training in psychological assessment and a broad range of evidence-based therapies, including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy), SST (Single Session Therapy), and SFT (Solution Focused Therapy).

I work with adults of all ages and offer a therapy space which is neurodiversity-affirming.

Appointments can be Online, by Telephone, or In-person.  Home visits, alternative locations, and outdoor therapy sessions are sometimes possible.

I'd love to hear from you, and can answer any questions via email or during a (free) introductory call.
