I am trained and work as a person centred counsellor and Supervisor in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment in the Elgin area of Moray. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their strict ethical codes of good practice.
I offer confidential, face to face, person centred counselling which is a different experience for each client as we are all unique individuals. My aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a therapeutic relationship that is real and genuine in which I can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. I offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental setting.
Due to Covid-19 and the current necessary restrictions we are all facing, I wish to assure you that your safety and wellbeing is paramount to me and I have strict measures in place to ensure the measures are being met at all times.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
