Are you struggling to cope with pressures of the present, memories of the past and fears for the future, finding it difficult to challenge and break limiting patterns of thinking/feeling/behaving. I offer impartial support and working together I can assist you to gain a deeper awareness of yourself. Through this process my clients gain new insight into their issues, increased self acceptance and new, effective ways of thinking and responding. The aim of my work is to empower clients so that they can make changes that improve their lives.
Sometimes it can be difficult to have a clear understanding/goal of what you want to work through in therapy. I can assist you to identify your goals and what issues you wish to focus on and explain how we can work together.
