About Heidi Counselling Services
My name is Heidi Muniko, and I am the founder of Heidi Counselling Services. As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you as an individuals, you as a couple, and if you are experiencing challenges within their relationships. My practice is accessible through both online and telephone appointments, enabling me to connect with you throughout the UK and internationally.

Accreditation and Supervision
I hold AIM Awards qualifications in Psychotherapeutic Counselling skills. As an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred), I hold to the highest standards of professional practice. My work is overseen through regular supervision, ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards set by the Professional Standards Authority via the National Counselling Society.
Team Support and Expertise
Heidi Counselling Services benefits from the dedicated support of Chanelle Muniko, who efficiently manages the daily operations of HCS. Chanelle is a qualified Counselling Psychologist, holding an MSc in Clinical Psychology. Her responsibilities include carrying out assessments and maintaining close liaison with other professionals, ensuring seamless and holistic care for clients.

Heidi Counselling Services operates on a not-for-profit basis, ensuring that all sessions are provided to clients completely free of charge or a donation of any amount to enable us to finance our daily activities such as paying for supervisors, office overheads, legal fees, and other vital professional services.
Sustaining Our Mission
Our ability to continue offering free support or with a small contribution towards the sessions is made possible solely through the generosity of donations.
To maintain transparency and reliability in our financial practices, our accounts are managed and regulated by paid accountants, who carefully oversee all aspects of our bookkeeping.
