About me
Life can be overwhelming at times, and we don’t all ways have the head space to process what has gone on or is going on.
If you have reached a time in life where you need to put yourself first and take a moment to reflect, centre and sort out the jumble of emotions, behaviours and or life events. Then that's what I'm here for.
Specializing in, anxiety, eating disorder, work stress, habits and behaviour changes.
Together we can create the time and head space to explore and process where and why these issues have arisen. Reducing these unwanted aspects, creates space for balance and better mental wellbeing in life.
I work face to face, online and on the phone.
When working with me you can expect to be in a safe confidential space to talk. Throughout therapy I dip in and out of different approaches depending on what you feel is working. This can be exploring the past that may be affecting the future. Understanding what’s going on in the body and brain. Working in the here and now to reduce emotional overload and setting a path for the future that you want to be on. Along the way there may be other things that pop up and we can deal with those too. So many of us walk around being self-critical, dissatisfied, and unsure of who we are and what we want. It can take time to discover the answers.
In the first few sessions I will listen to you and together we will come up with how the therapy will take form. This will be a lose plan that can be adapted at any time. I will check in regularly with you to see how many sessions you would like and how you would like to proceed.
I do a free 15 min phone consultation for any questions. All questions are welcome as I know how individual people’s questions are and how getting answers can relieve anxiety.
On my website you’ll find clear instructions of how to get to face to face session, and I will send email confirmation of any thing else you will need to know on the day.
