About me
Feeling like you've lost You? Or maybe you're not sure who You even were to begin with?
I work as a Counsellor with people like you who are struggling with who they are, anxiety about what they want, and how to make changes.
Together, we work out what’s really going on for you, whether that’s at home, in your relationships or at work. We’ll then use that knowledge to determine what you truly want from therapy and keep our sessions moving in a direction that’s beneficial to you.
You’ll be able to open up at your own pace, in a safe and comfortable environment, and be supported in making important new connections about yourself.
I will help you recognise how past patterns resurface in your present, and how the feelings you’re experiencing in the therapy room can be used to understand the events that occur in your life outside of it.
I believe therapy doesn’t need to be something mysterious and inaccessible, so I work hard to demystify the process for you as we go along and walk with you through the whole journey.
My practice is a safe and affirming space that is LGBTQIA+ friendly and intercultural, meaning I work with an eye on what makes every culture unique to exist within.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified to work with adults via a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from London South Bank Colleges.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I only work weekly with clients unless we are working towards ending our work or have an existing strong therapeutic foundation.
I offer a free short consultation to every enquiry so we can explore what's been going on for you and how therapy may help. This call also covers my approach as a counsellor and allows you to ask any questions you may have.
