About me
I'm Hannah, a qualified counsellor specialising in anxiety and trauma.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with past experiences, you're not alone - and you don't have to navigate it all by yourself.
My aim is to provide a safe space where you can explore what you're going through, build resilience and find a way forward.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe in creating a space where you feel heard, respected and empowered. Healing is not linear, but it is possible- and I'm here to walk alongside you on that journey.
I have experience working in education and youth work settings. As a trauma informed counsellor, I offer a space for young people to talk, heal, and build resilience. Sessions are a safe space where you're listened to, believed, and supported at your own space.
I offer counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma and emotional distress. This may include the impact of past experiences, ongoing stress and relationship difficulties.
Training, qualifications & experience
- I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level 5)
- Trauma Informed Practitioner Status (Level 5)
- Sandstory Practitioner Training (Level 1)
- BACP Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Masters in Education
- BSc Econ Sociology and Criminology
I have experience in working with young people within education and youth work settings. In particular, I have worked with young people who exhibit behaviours or are at risk of exhibiting forms of emotional dysregulation.
