About me

Welcome, I’m Dr Gursharan Lotey, Clinical Psychologist and Director of Glow Psychology. I offer a supportive and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood and safe to explore whatever’s on your mind. My approach is collaborative, judgement free and empowering. I believe real change happens when we work together, combining my psychological knowledge and skills with your unique story and experiences.

With over 20 years experience in the NHS I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting a range of emotional and psychological concerns. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, confidence or simply want to better understand yourself or your relationships, I’m here to help. I have a particular interest and experience in working with women’s well-being, trauma, adolescent mental health and offering culturally sensitive therapy.

Being a Clinical Psychologist means I am trained in a range of highly effective therapy models (including: Attachment and Trauma informed models, Systemic/Family based therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).

I often tailor and adapt therapy to meet your individual needs. This means you get a really personalised approach so that change is meaningful and lasting. I also take a holistic view of well-being - recognising the importance of things like sleep, diet and physical health in supporting emotional balance.

I work with clients online via Zoom or in person at clinics in Egham and Ascot.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation if you’d like to see how we might work together. You’re welcome to get in touch with any questions - I’d love to hear from you.
