Hi I'm Gurjit, a mental health professional specializing in CBT and Person-Centred Counselling. I’m here to help you navigate your mental health journey with compassion and understanding. Offering virtual and in-person sessions in Wolverhampton and Birmingham. 

Committed to guiding individuals in overcoming mental health challenges using CBT and a Person-Centred framework. I provide a compassionate environment for clients to navigate their emotions and foster positive change.

We offer same day and next day appointments (based on availability) giving you and you loved ones instant access to the mental well-being support you need.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Cost Per session:

£85 per 50-minute session if people are in full-time employment.

£75 per 50-minute session for people who are in part-time employment, students or retired.

Flexible working hours - remote, telephone or face-to-face slots available throughout the week. 

Face-to-face sessions are based in Wolverhampton and Birmingham.

Birmingham clinic has a reception to wait in and 5 minutes before the session starts I will arrive to take us to our therapy space. 

Remote sessions - link to video telecommunications will be sent to an email address of your choice 10 minutes before the session begins. 

Telephone sessions - you will be called at the allocated slot time.
