Grace Warwick MSc MA MBACP Counselling, Psychotherapy & Stress Reduction
As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist I am qualified to Masters level in several ways of helping you and I blend these methods to create a unique process for you based on your needs. Weekly or fortnightly sessions face to face, on the telephone or video link are available to individuals and you can switch between these methods to fit around your life.
I also teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to individuals who wish to take a different approach to dealing with Stress, Anxiety and Depression. Both these approaches have strong research to support their effectiveness.
My seven years of training also enables me to offer assistance in many subject areas that are not on the main list here (see 'other areas' section below).
Call, email or text me if you need any further information or to discuss how I can help you.
Best wishes, grace
