Grace Warwick MSc MA MBACP Counselling, Psychotherapy & Mindfulness
**New - EVENING SESSIONS - available from July**
I have been successfully helping individuals for over 10 years and hold two relevant Masters degrees. I blend methods to match your unique personal needs. I also offer assistance in many subject areas that are not on the main counselling directory list (see 'other areas' section below). In addition to this I work as an executive developer in business and education.
I also offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to individuals who wish to take a different approach to dealing with Stress, Anxiety and Depression. Both these approaches have strong research to support their effectiveness.
Sessions can take place face to face, on the telephone or video link and you can switch between these methods to fit around your life.
Contact me if you need any further information or to arrange a chat to discuss how I can help you.
Best wishes, grace
