I am qualified to Masters degree level in several ways of helping you. I blend these methods to create a unique process for you based on your needs. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are available. These can take place face to face, on the telephone or video link and you can switch between these methods to fit around your life.
I also teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to individuals who wish to take a different approach to dealing with Stress, Anxiety and Depression. Both these approaches have strong research to support their effectiveness.
My seven years of training also enables me to offer assistance in many subject areas that are not on the main list here (see 'other areas' section below).

I recently celebrated ten years as an Associate of Oasis Human Relations as a Psychotherapist and Executive Developer. I have worked for fourteen years with both Private and Public sector organisations helping people with professional and personal development.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP and an Associate Member of the British Psychological Society. I am also a Member of the Association for Coaches.

Sessions are available on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
A session lasts for a full hour and is £70. Your first session is likely to take slightly longer than this but there is no addition charge. Extended sessions are available.
Daytime sessions are available face to face, on the telephone or video link.
Evening sessions are available on the telephone or video link.
You are able to change between session types to fit with your schedule.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day or internet banking in advance.
I am based near central Oakham with parking available.
I have a number of meeting options in Norfolk. We can discuss what suits you best.
