About me
I’m Grace, and I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist specialising in Relationships, both romantic and familial, abuse and trauma. Whatever it is you have experienced that brings you to my page today, I understand just how difficult it is. Through my own lived experiences and both my extensive client work in trauma services, I have witnessed the destruction that these can have on life, our self-esteem, our ability to enjoy the life we have or desperately would like, and of course, our hope for the future.
I understand that things may feel hopeless, but together, we can begin to ask new questions, to find new answers, find new perspectives, and ultimately provide new conditions for growth and healing.
As a result of my specialised integrative training, I can offer my clients the multifaceted, effective therapies they require to move through and beyond any difficulties they may face, and any associated emotional and physical effects. To reconnect with themselves. To thrive instead of survive. And above all, to reconnect with hope that healing and growth is possible.
I have particular interest and experience of working with those in relationships with narcissistic-type partners, and adult children of narcissistic parents. I am also interested in the parent-adult child relationship, and working towards acceptance, whatever that may look like.
I am currently working online only and offering sessions via video. I am an accredited member of the BACP, this means I abide by their code of ethics and training standards.
Alongside my private practice at Reconnect, I am a psychotherapist in NHS Talking Therapies. Prior to this, I worked for various sexual abuse charities from 2020-2024.
Before my Psychotherapy career and training, I coached women within the fashion industry. I therefore have a special understanding and interest in body image, socio-cultural gender stereotypes, feminism, and empowerment.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
