About us

Face-to-face or online psychological therapy sessions offered by qualified experienced Clinical Psychologists and Psychological Therapists. 

We specialise in providing evidence-based psychological therapies, training workshops, consultation and supervision services. 

Our areas of specialism include:

  • Anxiety - including panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias,
