About me
Find the freedom to feel and live fully; without medication*
Do you ever feel stuck in your emotions, overwhelmed, or disconnected? You’re not alone. Life can sometimes feel like a struggle, but you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Sessions with me provide a safe, supportive space where your emotions can gently be released, allowing you to move forward with clarity and ease.
I believe in the power and neurological benefit of real human connection, which is why I prioritise face-to-face sessions. In-person therapy creates a space for deeper understanding, warmth, and trust, helping you feel truly seen, heard and supported.
My approach is rooted in humanistic therapy, guiding you to process emotions naturally and rediscover balance, without the need for medication*. I believe in working with emotions rather than suppressing them, helping you find relief and healing in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I have experience working with people who are neurodivergent, whether navigating ASD, ADD, and/or ADHD, or facing other challenges. I work with individuals, including young people, and with couples. Together, we can explore your emotions, ease your struggles, and help you reconnect with yourself and those around you.
Concession rates are available if needed; because therapy should be accessible to all.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling more in control, more understood, and more at ease in your life, I’d love to support you.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
