About me
Welcome, I'm Gina.
I'm a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) with over ten years' experience helping people feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions and relationships.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
How I Can Help
I work with people who are:
Constantly overthinking or struggling with anxiety
Feeling low, unmotivated or emotionally drained
Navigating difficult or toxic relationships (past or present)
Trying to rebuild after narcissistic abuse
Living with low self-esteem or a harsh inner critic
Stuck in patterns they want to change but don’t know how
We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, and I’ll help you build practical tools — rooted in evidence-based CBT — to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours so you can feel more in control of your life again.
My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate and focused. I bring a calm, non-judgemental presence to sessions, and I’ll gently challenge the thoughts or patterns that are getting in the way of the life you want. Together we’ll build insight, confidence and lasting change.
Areas of Special Interest
Alongside anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues, I have a strong interest in supporting people who are healing from narcissistic abuse, emotionally unavailable partners, or difficult romantic relationships. These experiences can be deeply confusing and isolating — I provide a safe space to help you make sense of them and reconnect with yourself.
