About me
Note: I only offer remote sessions by phone or Zoom.
Hello, I'm Gillian. I've worked in mental health for over 20 years, 6 as a counsellor.
I specialise in working in relationships including family dynamics, divorce, affairs, marriage, conflict with family or friendship groups, break ups, communication, attachment styles etc. I work with individuals only - I do not offer couples therapy.
You'll find me warm, open, flexible relaxed and completely non-judgemental. My main aim is to create an accepting space where we can explore anything you wish to share.

Advanced Diploma in psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Accredited member of NCPS.
I have worked in private practice for 5 years and below are some of my other roles over the years.
- Rape Crisis - volunteer helpline worker
- NHS - Crisis worker for victims of sexual violence
- Carr-Gomm - Mental Health Worker
- Adullam - Support worker/Homeless Support
- Womens Aid - Domestic Violence Worker.

Payments by bank transfer . Sessions can be weekly/fortnightly or whatever feels right for you. I see clients aged 18 years+.
