About me
You don’t have to hold it all alone.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by emotions you can’t quite name—if anxiety, flashbacks, or past experiences keep resurfacing and sabotaging your sense of peace—you’re not alone. Maybe life feels confusing right now. Maybe your relationships feel strained. Or maybe you're simply exhausted from trying to make sense of it all on your own.
I know how much thought, courage, and hope goes into choosing a therapist. So I’ll keep this simple: I’m here to create a space where you can breathe, gently and freely. Through our work together, we create a space where you can feel safe enough to let go. A space where you are heard—fully, gently, without judgment.
As a therapist, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and care. Sometimes, the healing begins by simply being witnessed in your truth. Other times, we go deeper: gently exploring the roots of what’s holding you back, understanding your emotional patterns, and discovering new ways of being that honour your needs, your story, and your capacity for growth.
My work is rooted in lived experience—my own healing journey was once messy, painful, and filled with uncertainty. But it changed my life. And it’s why I do this work: to walk alongside others as they find their way home to themselves—with grace, humanity, and heart.
If any of this resonates, I welcome you to reach out. The first step can feel daunting, but it might just be the beginning of something deeply healing and transformative.
How We Can Work Together?

· Develop coping strategies that work for you
· Reconnect with your own wisdom, voice and inner strength
· Recover from past traumas and the heavy toll they take on the quality of your life.

· Online sessions and In-person sessions in Exeter.
· Appointments available upon mutual agreement of what works for both of us. I offer week days, evenings and weekend sessions.
I also offer Wellbeing Consultations where we can explore your needs before committing to sessions; an initial 20-minute complimentary online consultation, a space for you to share, ask questions, learn more about me and the ways I work. If you’re uncertain or have hesitations,

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
