About me

If you’ve landed here, you might be carrying something heavy: grief that doesn’t quite pass, anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that feel unsafe or confusing, or a deeper ache for meaning, connection, or home. Maybe you’ve tried to hold it all together for too long performing strength while feeling lost inside. You’re not alone.

My practice is rooted in warmth, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the nervous system. I work with people who are ready to explore their inner world with honesty, care, and curiosity including creatives, caregivers, highly sensitive people, and those healing from trauma, burnout, or emotional neglect.

Together, we’ll move gently through survival patterns, restore your sense of safety, and uncover the parts of you that may have gone quiet but never disappeared. I offer a grounded, integrative approach that draws on scientifically rooted, multidisciplinary practices; including psychological therapy, functional health and nutrition, mindfulness, and breath-work. Our work will always follow what feels right for you, honouring your unique pace, needs, and inner readiness. More than anything, I offer a safe, attuned relationship where your story is held with care, honour and compassion and your healing becomes possible.

If you’re longing to feel more like yourself again or to discover who that self really is, I’d be honoured to work with you. Drop me a line at ghada@thealchemy-house.com to book your Initial Consultation or simply ask any questions you may have that would support you make a decision.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
