About me
Hi, I’m Georgie — a friendly, compassionate counsellor and therapist based in Bristol, also working flexibly online.
I support adults and teens through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, intense thoughts or feelings, relationship difficulties, low self-confidence or esteem, mental health concerns, and experiences of neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, ect)
You might be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, low, or a little lost in life or yourself. Perhaps there has been a relationship breakdown or difficulties, past experiences or patterns are resurfacing, or you’re navigating a world that doesn’t always feel built for you.
Society tells us to push through and carry the weight alone, but we don’t have to hold it by ourselves.
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, make sense of your experiences, and build understanding, resilience, healthier coping strategies, and practical tools for everyday life.
My practice embraces neurodivergence and is fully inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community —
a space where everyone is respected and accepted as they are.

Further information
I offer both in-person and online counselling to suit your needs and lifestyle. My face-to-face sessions take place in a comfortable, private space in Bristol, designed to help you feel safe, at ease, and free to talk openly.
Remote online sessions are held via secure video platforms, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are — whether you're at home, at university, or juggling a busy schedule.
My approach is client-led and adaptable. I work integratively, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what works best for you. Sessions are paced around your needs, whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term exploration.
Accessibility, inclusivity, and emotional safety are at the heart of my work. I welcome clients from all walks of life and offer a neuro-affirmative, LGBTQIA+ inclusive space where you can bring your full self — without judgement.
I work from 2 different venues so please enquire to find out more about the different venues and the addresses. Both are accessible by bus or car (parking available) and have access to a toilet. Please note: my in-person practice space is not wheelchair accessible. If accessibility is a concern, online sessions may be a more suitable option.
