About me
Hello and welcome! I'm Georgie, a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist based face-to-face in Bristol, also working flexibly online. I support adults and children/young people navigating the complexities of life, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and mental health challenges.
- Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or really low.
- You might be struggling with personal trauma, emotional difficulties that are hard to put into words.
- Are you trying to find your way in a neurotypical world that doesn’t always make sense — and that alone can be exhausting.
- Perhaps a lack of self-esteem, self-confidence, or some self-doubt is making life feel more challenging.
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and calm space where you can simply be yourself. A neuro-affirmative and LGBTQIA+ inclusive environment where everyone is valued and accepted just as they are.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, bringing a blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to fit your unique needs—because one size doesn’t fit all.
Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, make sense of your experiences, and work towards better understanding, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies. Many clients find they develop greater self-awareness, improved relationships, and practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and everyday challenges.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to read my profile.
I’m here to listen and support you — let’s take that step together. So if you have any questions or would like to arrange a free 15 minute initial chat, feel free to get in touch—I’d love to hear from you.

Further information
I offer both in-person and online counselling to suit your needs and lifestyle. My face-to-face sessions take place in a comfortable, private space in Bristol, designed to help you feel safe, at ease, and free to talk openly.
Online sessions are held via secure video platforms, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are — whether you're at home, at university, or juggling a busy schedule.
My approach is client-led and adaptable. I work integratively, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what works best for you. Sessions are paced around your needs, whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term exploration.
Accessibility, inclusivity, and emotional safety are at the heart of my work. I welcome clients from all walks of life and offer a neuro-affirmative, LGBTQIA+ inclusive space where you can bring your full self — without judgement.
I work from 2 different venues so please enquire to find out more about the different venues and the addresses. Both are accessible by bus or car (parking available) and have access to a toilet. Please note: my in-person practice space is not wheelchair accessible. If accessibility is a concern, online sessions may be a more suitable option.
