About me

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself or others. Perhaps you’re navigating neurodivergence, the impact of trauma, identity changes, relationship difficulties or the emotional demands of work or family life. You might be used to coping alone and now want space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of patterns, and feel more grounded, confident and connected in your life and relationships.

I’m an NCPS-registered counsellor offering integrative, trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive therapy. With core training in Transactional Analysis, I support individuals and couples to explore patterns, relationships and identity. I have particular experience working with neurodivergence, blue light professionals, women’s hormonal health and parenting.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to being the one who copes. I offer a calm, compassionate and confidential space where you’ll be met with curiosity, respect and care. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you feel understood, supported and more able to move forward.

Further information

Alongside my counselling practice, I have extensive experience as a wellbeing, inclusion and neurodiversity trainer, working with individuals, teams and organisations to create more inclusive and psychologically safe environments.

Neurodivergence is a significant focus of both my clinical and professional work. The majority of clients I work with are neurodivergent, questioning whether they may be neurodivergent, or exploring how neurodivergence has shaped their identity, relationships and experiences. I am passionate about advocating for neurodivergent people and providing a genuinely neuro-inclusive practice, where difference is understood in context rather than automatically viewed as something to be fixed.

I am also Learning & Partnership Director at Bargate Wellbeing Services, where I develop and deliver training and consultancy around neuro-inclusion, trauma-informed practice, workplace wellbeing and inclusive leadership. This includes supporting organisations and practitioners to create more neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed workplaces and therapeutic spaces.

My work across therapy, training and organisational practice means I bring an understanding of neurodivergence that considers not only the individual, but also the environments, relationships and systems around them.
