About me
Taking that first step and reaching out to a stranger for therapy can be really daunting. I offer a safe, confidential space to gain insight and explore the emotions and experiences that have shaped who you are today.
I work as an Online & Face-to-Face Specialist: Helping you find clarity and a path forward. You may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or weighed down by self-doubt. My clients seek to feel calmer, gain insight into their minds, and heal from past experiences.
They want more secure relationships and better self-worth. Supporting both Neurodivergent adults & young people, or those navigating the impact of Trauma. My approach is rooted in my own lived experience as a parent advocating for a neurodiverse child, empowering you by creating a non-judgmental space.
Offering a blended therapeutic approach, combining the proven tools of CBT with a compassionate person-centred foundation. Ensuring you receive effective, tailored strategies. Exploring past experiences, helping build better connections, supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, stress, and neurodevelopmental Challenges
Taking care of your mental health is a courageous act. I understand that reaching out can feel scary. You don't have to carry this weight alone. I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and confidential space where you can feel truly seen and empowered.
I invite you to reach out for an introductory call to see if you feel we can work together, and we can explore where and why these thoughts and feelings are present.
