Further information

Alongside talking therapy, I’m passionate about supporting the whole person, recognising the connection between the mind, body and emotions. My training in breathwork, somatic practices and Kundalini yoga has deepened my understanding of the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity for healing and regulation. Where it feels right for you, these approaches can be gently woven into our work together.

I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard and connected not just in our minds, but in our whole selves. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience and create lasting change that feels authentic and sustainable.
