About me

Working with Clients Face to Face, Online and Telephone.

I believe giving the client the choice of how they would like to have their sessions is important and therefore the time of the session can be set and how the client would like to take them is flexible.

I am a professional psychotherapeutic counsellor, I use a combination of techniques and strategies to tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, in the therapeutic sense.

I have experienced stressful situations through my previous work and life experiences. Sometimes a high-pressured environment can lead to feelings of stress and a lack of control that requires understanding and support, which can also trigger domestic feelings and emotions. My own experiences help me to understand and support my clients.

I understand it can be tough to know where to start and with this in mind, I would suggest:

The first step is to contact me by email and set up a time for a free 15 minute initial consultation, I understand this can bring up feelings of anxiety, which I am mindful of.

Sometimes we don't know what is wrong or where to start, we work together in a confidential setting at a pace that is right for you. We work with any issues that you want to discuss, this is your time and what you share is up to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified with the NCPS as a professional psychotherapeutic counsellor, I use a combination of techniques and strategies to tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, in the therapeutic sense.

I support my clients through their presenting issues whatever it may be.

Sometimes we don't know what it is but by talking we can look at what it could be together.

I work with bereavement and have been a volunteer with the Charity Cruse.

Anxiety and stress, day to day issues, work related issues, personal issues, change, self-confidence, self-esteem, relationship issues can cover family, work friends and whatever is on your mind and what you would to talk about, talking can be liberating in a confidential setting.
