About me
Working with Clients Face to Face, Online , Telephone and Walk and Talk.
I’m a professionally qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and integrative therapist, offering a warm, confidential space for adults (18+) to explore anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions.
My therapeutic style is flexible and client-focused, I draw on a range of approaches tailored to each person’s unique values, needs, and goals. Sessions are available in-person, by phone, online, or as walk-and-talk therapy, providing accessibility and choice to fit around your lifestyle.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the fast-paced world of financial trading and broking in London and Asia. This firsthand experience of high-pressure environments has shaped my deep understanding of stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I also undertook placement work with Cruse Bereavement, which continues to inform my work around grief and loss.
Having had some of the life experience that we may go through, from stress to feelings of burnout, loss and bereavement and combining my studies and my on going development I feel I have an empathy with my clients and an understanding of what they may be going through. One can never feel someone else's pain but my hope is to be there with you.
Many clients come to me unsure of why they feel the way they do, and that’s okay. Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work toward healing, insight, and clarity.
Training, qualifications & experience
I support my clients through their presenting issues whatever it may be.
Sometimes we don't know what it is but by talking we can look at what it could be together.
I work with bereavement and have been a volunteer with the Charity Cruse.
Anxiety and stress, day to day issues, work related issues, personal issues, change, self-confidence, self-esteem, relationship issues can cover family, work friends and whatever is on your mind and what you would to talk about, talking can be liberating in a confidential setting.

Further information
Walk and talk sessions start from the Float spa, giving us the option on the day if we feel the room may be better or going outside.
As I work face to face, online, and by phone, as well as walk and talk, the aim is to give the client the support in how they want to take it, this could be a combination, for example, session 1 we meet in the room, session 2 we go for a walk and talk, session 3 you prefer a video call, session 4 in the room, session 5 on the phone.
I feel it is important that you get the support you need when you need it.
We would look to make a plan of how the sessions are going, and regular check ins to see how we are working is important.
