About me

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or facing a difficult time? You don't have to navigate it alone.

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.

I'm Gary Clark, an experienced counsellor who has been helping people create positive change for over 10 years. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin moving towards a more fulfilling life.

Many of my clients come to me with anxiety, stress, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever has brought you here, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

I use an integrative approach to counselling, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I also have a particular interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which can be especially effective in helping people manage anxiety, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing when given the right support. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients gain confidence, improve their wellbeing, and rediscover hope.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. If you're wondering whether therapy is right for you, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Get in touch by message, text, or phone to arrange an initial conversation. Together, we can begin your journey towards greater wellbeing.
