About me

I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor offering online and face‑to‑face therapy.

I work with individuals from a range of backgrounds, offering support through times of change, uncertainty, and emotional difficulty.

I value each client who comes to see me and approach our work with warmth, care and humility.

At times, we can feel powerless, overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected. Life can be challenging, and the world we live in can make those challenges even harder to navigate. Having a safe, supportive, and confidential space can offer the opportunity to gently explore these experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

My core approach is Transactional Analysis (TA), a practical and insightful way of understanding how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

My style is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, with a genuine wish to understand what life feels like for you.

I bring a culturally aware approach to my work, taking time to understand how your background, values and lived experiences shape your sense of self and the world around you.  All experiences are held with great sensitivity and deep respect.

Whatever challenges you may be facing, therapy can offer a compassionate and calming space to begin exploring your experiences in a way that feels comfortable and manageable for you.

We all have the capacity to live with greater self‑acceptance, freedom, and connection, and therapy can be a meaningful step toward rediscovering this within yourself.

Reaching out can feel daunting, yet recognising that you may need help is itself a courageous and significant first step.
