About me

Pause. Breathe. What if you didn't have to figure all of this out alone? You have taken the first step to search for a therapist so let me guide you through the rest. You may have a focus in mind or may not know where to start. Whatever it is, you are searching for some kind of change and I would like to help you achieve this.

I will create a safe, non judgemental and compassionate space for you to talk, understand yourself and work on moving forward. You don't need to do this journey alone, I would like to be there alongside you to help you make sense of your difficulties and create meaningful change.

I am a BABCP fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience working in the NHS supporting people with depression and anxiety, either individually, in groups or through couples therapy. This includes building self esteem, addressing past difficulties, processing trauma, adjusting to life transitions and improving relationship difficulties. I have in depth experience working with all anxiety disorders including - OCD, generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic disorder and PTSD.

I have had further training in EMDR, BCT, ACT and CFT, allowing me to tailor and adapt our sessions to match your needs and difficulties.

Please don't hesitate to contact me to ask any questions or book in a free telephone consultation to discuss further. This can also give you a chance to see if you feel comfortable working with me.
