Fi Cunningham - Lemon Grove Holistics
Hello my name is Fi and I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a Hypnotherapist and at present I am only able to support clients on-line (Zoom) and by telephone due to the Government's Social Distancing Policy.
I am an Integrative Counsellor and this means that I draw on different therapeutic tools and approaches when working with clients. I offer clients a complimentary consultation over the phone as I fully appreciate that feeling at ease with your therapist is deemed to be one of the most important aspects of any therapy undertaken.
I am a warm and non-judgemental Counsellor and I shall calmly and respectfully walk alongside you on your journey, as you take time to explore your inner most thoughts and feelings and begin to make sense of where you are.
As trust develops through sessions, clients often feel that they can really begin to be themselves, which develops both openness and honesty and thus can result in great movement as clients begin to make choices that allow them to move on with their lives.
I am also trained in Sexual and Domestic Violence and I have developed my knowledge and skill in this area through my indepth training with The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre, Darlington and County Durham Rape Crisis over the last three and a half years.
I offer clients a safe space to explore their experiences.
I am able to support you as you make sense of the changes that you are experiencing both on a personal basis and in the world around us.
