About us

Hi,

I’m a CBT and EMDR therapist with over eight years’ experience supporting adults who feel stuck in anxiety, low mood, trauma responses, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or uncertainty about who they are and how they want to live.

Many of the people I work with feel exhausted by patterns that keep repeating such as overthinking, shutting down, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, struggling with confidence, or finding that past experiences still affect how they feel in the present. Therapy offers a space to begin understanding and changing these patterns so life feels more manageable and more like your own again.

My aim is to help you feel calmer in yourself, less controlled by anxious or painful thoughts, and more able to respond to life rather than feel pulled by old reactions. Therapy is collaborative and paced carefully, so you feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences without feeling overwhelmed.

I offer EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps people process experiences that still feel “stuck” or easily triggered. This can reduce the emotional intensity of memories and experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming in daily life.

Alongside EMDR, I draw on CBT to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and Transactional Analysis to help you understand repeating relationship dynamics and the roles you may find yourself falling into with others or yourself.

Clients often notice that over time they feel:

less overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions
more grounded and emotionally steady
clearer in their relationships and boundaries
less controlled by the past
more confident in themselves and their choices
At the heart of my work is helping you move from understanding your difficulties to actually experiencing change in your day-to-day life.

If you’re feeling stuck and want things to feel different, I’d be glad to work with you.

If you're ready to get curious about yourself and your life, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I integrate Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Transactional Analysis to tailor therapy to your specific needs.

CBT helps you to develop practical skills to manage distressing thoughts and emotions, while TA allows us to explore deeper relational patterns and past experiences that may be shaping your present struggles.

With over seven years of experience working in NHS mental health services across London, I have helped individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. My work has given me valuable insight into how anxiety, trauma and self-criticism impact everyday life- and how to support clients in overcoming these difficulties.

Qualifications-

  • Postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (2019)
  • Working towards an Advanced Diploma for Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (2021- ongoing)
