I am a qualified counsellor offering therapy on a one to one basis. I offer a confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I provide a safe and comfortable space, allowing you the time you made need. I work with both short term and long term clients. We go at a pace that suits you.
I teach counselling at college so I have a robust knowledge of the majority of theories. I use a combination of theories to support my clients.
I have been in the media for my achievements working with hoarding behaviours. More recently, I have been in the media, television, newspapers and radio for my campaign to raise awareness of blue spots.
I am currently studying Criminology and Forensic Psychology.

I am a qualified counsellor with a level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling.
I am a member of the BACP. I have had a successful private practice for 1 year.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I offer therapy for breastfeeding and new mums where they can bring their baby to the session.
I charge £50 per hour. I will offer discount for certain benefits.
Initial assessment is free (30 minutes).
I am available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm and evenings.
