About me
Taking the step to come along to counselling can be a difficult one and if you are struggling and need a safe, confidential space to take that step toward empowering yourself then please contact me and we can take that step together.
I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy but use other modalities to make sessions integrative to your needs. I would recommend this approach for anyone who is finding life difficult or experiencing stressful life events. I offer a non judgemental, empathetic approach in assisting you in achieving your goals or resolutions in life. I am here to support you and assist you in your counselling journey. Let me support you in taking positive steps toward growing. Change the way you see things and the things you see will change. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
