About me

Taking the step to come along to counselling can be a difficult one and if you are struggling and need a safe, confidential space to take that step toward empowering yourself then please contact me and we can take that step together. 

I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy but use other modalities to make sessions integrative to your needs. I would recommend this approach for anyone who is finding life difficult or experiencing stressful life events. I offer a non judgemental, empathetic approach in assisting you in achieving your goals or resolutions in life. I am here to support you and assist you in your counselling journey.
