About me
I support female adults navigating anxiety, workplace stress, grief, and life transitions, providing a safe and compassionate space to explore challenges and find clarity. I have experience supporting South Asian clients, while warmly welcoming adults from all backgrounds, faiths, and identities.
My approach blends professional training with empathy, reflection, and practical strategies, helping clients feel understood, supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I offer online and in-person sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Together, we will focus on your goals at a pace that suits you, ensuring each session leaves you feeling supported and heard.
