About me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or exhausted from holding everything together, you’re not alone , and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself. I’m Fee, a qualified person‑centred counsellor based in Manchester, offering online and phone counselling across the UK, as well as walk‑and‑talk therapy in Manchester.
I support adults and young people who are navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationship patterns, and the emotional impact of difficult or confusing life experiences. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, a space where you can talk freely, feel heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Whether you prefer the comfort of your home, the ease of a phone session, or the calm of being outdoors, therapy with me is shaped around what helps you feel safe and supported.

 How I Work
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to set boundaries without guilt. You might be struggling with overthinking, people‑pleasing, self‑criticism, or the weight of old experiences that still affect you today. You may also be navigating neurodiversity, exam pressure, or the stress of trying to meet expectations that feel impossible.
In our work together, you can expect a space that is:

Empathic and non‑judgemental
You lead the way. I won’t push, diagnose, or offer quick fixes, instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you explore what’s going on beneath the surface.

Flexible and accessible
I offer online and phone counselling across the UK, plus walk‑and‑talk sessions in Manchester for those who feel more at ease in natural surroundings.

Trauma‑aware and inclusive
My practice is grounded in emotional safety, cultural sensitivity, and LGBTQ+ affirming values. I bring over ten years’ experience in social care and safeguarding, supporting people through complex and vulnerable moments.

Why People Choose to Work With Me
•     I offer a calm, grounded presence when life feels chaotic

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
