About me
I’m Fee, a qualified person-centered counsellor with over ten years of experience in the social care sector, working with clients across diverse age groups. My passion lies in supporting individuals through challenges related to mental health, burnout, suppressed emotions, and the complexities of personal relationships. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings with openness and authenticity.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life is chaotic or uncertain. But finding the right counsellor, someone who truly listens and understands, can be the key to self-awareness and growth. I offer a safe space where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment, and work toward understanding yourself and the relationships around you.
Depression can manifest both physically and mentally. Counselling can be a powerful tool in managing depression, offering a safe space to talk through feelings, identify negative thought patterns, and develop coping strategies. I can help untangle difficult emotions, provide perspective, and guide individuals toward healthier ways of thinking and behaving. Having a dedicated person to listen, support, and offer guidance can make a huge difference, especially when depression feels isolating.
As a counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore and understand their anxiety. Through compassionate guidance and tailored coping strategies, I help individuals identify triggers, manage symptoms, and develop resilience. My approach empowers clients to gain self-awareness, build confidence, and regain control over their emotions, fostering a greater sense of calm and emotional well-being.
Relationships shape so much of our lives, but they can also bring challenges. As we grow, the dynamics of our relationships shift, leaving us uncertain about where we stand. If you’re struggling with these changes, I can support you in setting healthy boundaries, navigating difficult emotions, and making choices that align with your emotional well-being.
Burnout is something many of us experience, whether from work, family responsibilities, or simply the demands of daily life. When exhaustion takes hold, it affects sleep, concentration, and overall mental clarity. If you’re feeling drained, I can help you recognise and work through the effects of burnout, supporting you in finding balance and reclaiming your sense of self.
Triggers, whether rooted in childhood or shaped by adulthood, can deeply influence how you think, feel, and interact with the world. You don’t have to face them alone. I can guide you in understanding your emotional responses, accepting yourself, and developing strategies to heal and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and no two paths are the same. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, respecting your autonomy while providing the support you need to foster self-acceptance and change. If you’re ready to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth, I am here to support you.

A qualifies counsellor registered with BACP
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
