I am a Certified Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist (CTA-P), a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and an accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I hold a degree in Psychology with Counselling and a Member of the British Psychological Society. I was awarded a Psychotherapeutic Counselling Diploma at the Berne Institute and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy at Middlesex University.

My background allows me to integrate psychological, existential, and systemic perspectives, offering a comprehensive and deeply reflective therapeutic approach.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My Approach
What defines my practice is an interwoven approach that honours the complexity of human identity and the intrinsic dignity of every individual. I integrate a systemic and relational style in my practice, drawing on principles from:
Integrative Relational Transactional Analysis (TA) fosters self-awareness and change through deep relational dynamics while acknowledging how social, cultural, and systemic forces shape personal narratives.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), grounding clients in practical tools for emotional regulation while remaining attuned to the structural barriers that impact mental health.
Logotherapy, helping individuals rediscover meaning and resilience, particularly in the face of existential and societal challenges.
Systemic Family Constellations – Understanding how intergenerational dynamics affect emotional and relational health.
An Intersectional and Inclusive Lens—I acknowledge the impact of gender, culture, power, and systemic influences on mental health and recognise that emotional well-being is not separate from identity, power, and marginalisation issues. My work integrates a deep awareness of how race, gender, culture, neurodiversity, and socio-economic background shape psychological experiences.
These approaches allow us to co-create a therapeutic relationship that helps break free from unhelpful patterns, fostering growth, autonomy, and transformation.
I aim to reduce psychological distress and help you achieve the changes you are seeking in a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment.
Above all, my therapeutic philosophy is guided by the principle of dignity and respect for every human being. I create a space where individuals feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered—to process their internal struggles and reclaim their place in the world with authenticity and agency.
These approaches allow us to co-create a therapeutic relationship that helps break free from unhelpful patterns, fostering growth, autonomy, and transformation.
At my practice, I treat all clients respectfully and provide support to help them reach their fullest potential. Therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative, co-creative alliance focused on your unique needs and goals.

My role is to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate, and respectful space where you can share your story with dignity. We will explore your challenges together, reconnect with your inner strength, and work towards meaningful change.
Drawing on our therapeutic relationship through Transactional Analysis (TA) and Logotherapy, we will also uncover the more profound meaning within your experiences. Inspired by the work of Eric Berne and Viktor Frankl, this approach recognises that the search for meaning is a fundamental human drive, even in the face of suffering. By exploring your values, purpose, and personal responsibility, we can help you cultivate resilience and regain a sense of direction, empowering you to take charge of your life with greater clarity and confidence.
We can also integrate additional therapeutic approaches to best support your unique journey.
