About me

My name is Erin and I’m a psychodynamic counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and help you gain insight and self-awareness to create meaningful change.

It can be daunting to ask for help, but doing so can be life-changing. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue, or looking for personal development, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here. We can work through it together.

I have experience working with anxiety, loss and bereavement, confidence, anger issues, depression, feeling lost, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, obsessive thoughts, relationship difficulties and more.

I can offer you a warm, empathetic environment that is free of judgement and goes at your own pace. I will support and listen to you as we uncover and process your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. This psychodynamic approach is intended to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, leading to a more fulfilling and happier life.

I will support your counselling journey by allowing you to be heard and accepted as yourself.
