About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship problems, stress or depression? Do you suffer from low self-esteem and feel lost? Maybe you are repeatedly falling into the same patterns and don’t know why?  As a psychodynamic counsellor based in Glasgow City Centre, I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and help you gain insight and self-awareness to create meaningful change.

Whether you are struggling with a particular issue (like past trauma, attachment issues or panic attacks), or looking for personal development, or simply need someone to talk to and want to improve your mental health, I’m here. We can work through it together.

I can offer you a warm, empathetic environment that is free of judgement and goes at your own pace. I will support and listen to you during our 50-minute sessions as we uncover and process your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. My training in psychodynamic counselling is intended to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, leading to a more fulfilling and happier life.

I can offer a free 15-minute chat where you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about counselling.  It can be daunting to ask for help, but doing so can be life changing. Click the email me button and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
