About me
Building a meaningful connection by truly attuning to the client is essential in my therapeutic practice. My mission is to walk beside you on your path of self-discovery, helping you unearth and explore the roots of your struggles and potential solutions. I firmly believe that the answers already exist within you, and I’m here to provide an empathic, non-judgemental, trusting, safe and confidential space where you can understand yourself better and where the change you seek becomes possible.
I am an integrative counsellor offering a flexible and personalised approach, combining different therapeutic techniques to suit your needs. This holistic approach considers your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and past experiences to help you gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting expatriates and those living abroad, including challenges around identity, belonging and cultural adjustment. I offer counselling in Warwickshire as well as online sessions across the UK and internationally.
