About me

At Eden Counselling I offer a person-centred approach to counselling, using Integrative techniques which means that I combine several models of counselling to fit the needs of my clients and their situation. I tailor our work together to suit you and your needs.

I offer face-to-face sessions in a safe and confidential community venue in NG22 and online video sessions.

Children and Young People

Extensive experience of working with Children and Young people aged 6-25. Including talking, solution focused, creative and play therapy, I provide a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings about any topic.

Young people often feel like they cannot talk openly to those around them, whether that be friends or family members out of fear of judgement or causing worries. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore what is going on for you and how you feel. My aim is to empower you to build your self-esteem and confidence, to help you make positive changes.

Individual therapy

Face-to-face or online video.

We will usually meet weekly, and sessions will last for 50 minutes.

Everyone will have individual needs based on the unique circumstances being faced. I offer open-ended counselling where you decide when you feel ready to end your sessions; we can discuss how many sessions, have regular reviews and, if necessary, make changes to the frequency of sessions will be made.

If you are not sure whether counselling would be right for you or your child and would like an initial chat to find out how we could work together, please get in touch to arrange a free, no obligation 20 minute chat with me. Or get in touch via email.

I have a particular interest in supporting Neurodiverse clients and have extensive experience working with Children and Young people aged 6-25.
