About me
I provide a warm, accepting and thoughtful space, for you to bring whatever you need.
My approach to counselling is Pluralistic. Based in the Person-Centred approach, Pluralistic therapy draws on a range of modalities, reflecting the fact that no two people are the same, and we each need different things at different times. It is collaborative in nature, and tailored to your specific needs and preferences in the way you would like to work.
My aim is that together, we might better understand the difficulties you are facing, and work towards uncovering your own inner values and strengths, to move forward in a way that is right for you.
