About me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with an MSc and trained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.

I am accredited by the UKCP and my practice is focused on providing an empathetic, compassionate and non-judgmental space in which, together, we can support you to heal and grow. I specialise in helping people to create and navigate change in relationships, work and mental health.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a range of issues, but I have particular experience in working with survivors of abuse and domestic violence.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to best suit your unique circumstances and needs.

We will work together to create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where you can explore the challenges you face in a relational way. You will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, whilst trying to understand how these might have developed. This can be a daunting process, but with support you will be given time and space to explore and reflect on your experiences and relate them to your current way of being in the world.

I use a range of therapeutic methods to support you in achieving personal growth, and improved well-being.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
