About me

Hello, I’m Ellen, a therapeutic counsellor based in Southend-on-sea, offering both in person and online counselling sessions. 

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to you. Every individual is unique, and I adapt my methods to suit your needs, strengths, and aims for therapy. 

Starting counselling can feel daunting. The fact that you’re here, reading this, is already a meaningful and brave first step. I offer a space that is entirely your own, free from judgement, expectations, or bias.

Our sessions can be a powerful form of self-care and an opportunity for personal growth. Together, we can explore your needs, deepen your self-understanding, and move towards your goals - in a space that values and respects your personal journey.

I have training and knowledge in Humanistic approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, aspects of Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory and Trauma.
