About me

Hello, I’m Ellen, I am an integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.). I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore what is happening for you, at your own pace.

I work with adults over the age of 18, recognising that everyone’s journey is unique and that counselling is not "one size fits all." Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to work alongside you collaboratively.

My Background & Qualifications
Alongside running my private practice, I am a Manager at Counselling on Sea, where I support both clients and trainee counsellors. This role strengthens my commitment to safe, ethical and reflective practice. 
My qualifications include: Level 3 & 4 Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling
Advanced Training:
Therapeutic Safety in Trauma,Healthy family relationships, Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), and parental conflict.
Neurodivergent-Affirming: My lived experience of neurodiversity gives me a deep personal understanding of the different ways we experience and navigate the world.
