About me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and I have received specialist training in person centred, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I integrate techniques from each, including mindfulness-based approaches, to create a flexible and effective treatment plan. This approach allows me to address a wide range of issues and support you in achieving your personal goals.
I am here to listen, understand and provide the support you need to navigate life's challenges and reach your full potential.
I offer in person, telephone and online counselling sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Open Your Mind is within easy travelling distance from Guildford, Godalming, Aldershot, Farnham and Cranleigh. Railway station close to centre of Haslemere and bus service from surrounding villages.
I offer a free 30 minute phone or zoom consultation to talk over what you are looking for from therapy, exploring any questions you have and decide whether working together seems like a good way forward.
