About me
I offer online integrative counselling to clients across the UK. I draw on different approaches such as CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic in the therapeutic space.
Because sessions take place online counselling is available to anyone based in the UK, wherever you are. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection — no travel, no waiting rooms, just a calm, confidential space.
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, and my practice is built on a solid, ongoing foundation of training and real-world experience.
My core training is a Chrysalis Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which grounds my work in the psychodynamic and humanistic traditions — exploring how your past, your relationships and your inner world shape the way you feel today. I also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, which gives me an additional understanding of how the mind and body respond to stress and relaxation, and how we can gently work with patterns that feel stuck or automatic. Alongside this, my Masters in Medical Anthropology (MA) has given me a deep appreciation of how culture, life experience and personal story shape the way we understand health, distress and healing.
Beyond my qualifications, my experience has been shaped by working with several charities, supporting people through some of life's hardest moments such as bereavement, relationship difficulties and stress. This work has taught me to sit with people in their pain without rushing them, and to offer a steady, compassionate presence when things feel overwhelming.
