About me
I truly believe you are the best ProjectYou will ever work on - yes, I know this sounds corny, but it's so true! That doesn't mean it's easy and sometimes we can all use some support.
I'm here to support and empower you to make the changes in your life you want to see.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, or do you find yourself constantly worrying or overthinking? Perhaps your experiencing issues in your relationship, or finding family relationships challenging? Whatever you are facing I'm here to support you.
I know reaching out isn't easy - trust me, I've been there! I'm here to listen & provide you with a calm, friendly, and safe space. A place where you can feel heard, without worrying about being judged for how you're thinking or feeling.
You and your experiences are unique & I believe our counselling should be too - we'll tailor sessions to you, your needs, and your goals.
Sessions are 50 minutes, either face to face at my private studio in Chelmsford, or remotely, via Zoom - whichever works best for you. Sessions cost £60.

- Birthing Awareness 3 step Practitioner
I have also worked as a Hypnobirthing Instructor.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
