About me
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming; it’s tough to figure out who you’ll truly connect with. So, let me share a little about myself. Not just the credentials, but who I am and how I show up in this work, to help you get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.
I'm a BACP-registered therapist based in Leeds and online. I work as a person-centred integrative therapist, which means I tailor therapy to you and your individual needs. I work with a range of people, including those facing a cancer diagnosis, neurodivergent clients and anyone seeking support through significant life transitions. I can also help if you're feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.
In our sessions, we may talk through your feelings, explore beliefs you’ve been carrying, or look at patterns that no longer feel helpful. There’s no quota you need to meet to start therapy. You don’t need a ‘right reason’ to be here. If something is weighing on your mind, therapy can be a space to breathe; it’s a genuine and honest conversation between two people to make sense of your experiences and what they mean to you.
So, how does it work?
- That’s up to you. We can meet for an initial session, in person or remote, to talk through your needs and see if we're a good fit. Initial sessions are £30.
- Sessions last 50 minutes, and cost £55 after an initial meeting. These are usually held weekly, though there’s flexibility if needed.
- You can choose how we meet: face-to-face, via video call, or over the phone. My practice is based in central Leeds at the Unity Business Centre, just a short distance from the city centre.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
